Here are 5 things we can do to get Bathing Suit Ready!
Tip #1: Love yourself and rock that bathing suit!! Silence the negative self talk and love your body regardless! You have to Love yourself every step of the way.
Tip #2: Write down your goals and put them in a place where you can see see them; will help keep you on track! I like to put a friendly little note.

Tip #3: Exercise. More than 90% of people who exercise consistently have a morning fitness routine. This ensures that other things during the day won’t get in the way of your workout goals. Also will help you eat clean throughout the day..However, if you can’t do it in the morning then do it in the evening! Make time for yourself!!
Tip #4: Load up on the veggies and fruit. I like to eat like a vegan while the sun is up. Lots of real live fruits and veggies during the day and at night a healthy dinner with more greens!
Tip #5: Keep a water bottle with you all day. Many times when you think you’re hungry, you’re actually thirsty. Plus, drinking water can help prevent you from eating extra snacks throughout the day. Go for the Gallon! Hope this helps. i Love you
